Job Title: Senior Team Leader We are seeking a proactive and experienced team leader to oversee the daily maintenance, security, and presentation of Tolosa Park, Montrose Foreshore, and the GASP Pavilion. This role will play a key part in supporting community use, enforcing park regulations, and coordinating responses during regular hours and outside as required. Main responsibilities include carrying out routine park maintenance, opening and closing parks, maintaining toilets and facilities, overseeing hut bookings, and conducting safety inspections. You will lead and develop a dedicated team to provide safe and welcoming park areas for our community. * Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent experience is essential. * MR Class licence, White Card, and First Aid qualifications are necessary. * Strong maintenance and safety skills are a must.
