About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network to work as a Senior Medical Administrator within the Division of Medicine.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all medical administrative functions across the Division. Key responsibilities include managing junior medical staff rosters, supporting recruitment and employment processes, coordinating day-to-day trainee workforce operations, and assisting with financial and workforce planning. You will also contribute to accreditation, risk management, information systems, project work and other operational activities as required. This role works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, administrators and service partners.

In this role you will bring strong capability in:
* Managing complex rosters and operational workflows across multiple sites
* Working effectively in dynamic environments, exercising sound judgement and prioritising competing demands
* Providing high-level advice on administrative, workforce and employee relations matters
* Interpreting legislation, awards and policies to support compliant and consistent practice
* Establishing and maintaining effective systems, processes and administrative frameworks
* Building productive relationships with stakeholders and partnering with government and external agencies
* Communicating clearly and confidently with diverse audiences, including senior leaders and clinical teams
