Content and Engagement Coordinator
Are you a storyteller with a passion for creating content that stops the scroll?
We're looking for a creatively driven, fast-moving content producer who also has the instincts and strategy to grow and engage an audience.
This role blends content production with brand engagement.
You'll be hands-on in developing and producing short-form video content and capturing polished photography, while also helping to shape how AIM WA shows up, through conversations, collaborations and content that connects.
You bring energy, initiative, curiosity and natural storytelling instincts.
Key Accountabilities
Collaborate under the direction of the Head of Marketing and collaborate with the Marketing and Engagement team to help shape and execute the brand strategy, ensuring consistency with all alignment with broader marketing and organisational objectives.
Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit short-form videos and photographs for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Create content that blends storytelling, authenticity and platform-specific best practices.
Produce a variety of video content formats from behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life, testimonials, expert insights and more.
Manage the full content process : concepting, filming, editing, post-production, and publishing.
Collaborate with internal teams, key stakeholder and partners to identify story opportunities and bring them to life.
Build and maintain a content calendar aligned to the overarching organisational priorities and marketing calendar.
Ensure all content is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with brand tone and purpose.
Audience Engagement
Plan, write, schedule, and publish organic content across multiple platforms, to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Craft compelling, platform-specific and supporting copy that reflect our tone of voice and inspire action, engagement, or connection.
Actively monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and tagged content to foster an engaged online community.
What You Will Bring
Experience working in-house or agency-side.
Strong video production skills, shooting, editing (Reels / TikTok-style), sound editing, and transitions.
Proficiency in video and design tools.
Proven ability to work autonomously, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
A self-starter mindset.
You're not afraid to test, learn, and adapt fast.
