We are seeking a proactive administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
* Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
* Provide office support, including procurement of office supplies, financial administration, diary management, travel arrangements, and event management.
* Assist with the tendering process and the preparation of marketing collateral.
* Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
* Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved.
Qualifications
* Experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
* Advanced diary management, planning, and coordination skills.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* A team player who takes initiative.
