Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery Leadership
* Lead overall delivery of SAP programs and projects across the client portfolio.
* Act as the primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders.
* Ensure delivery quality, compliance with delivery frameworks, and adherence to contractual commitments.
* Manage escalations, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation across delivery teams.
Financial Management
* Own P&L performance for assigned SAP engagements.
* Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue, cost, margins, and resource utilisation.
* Manage commercial governance, contract obligations, and change control.
* Identify opportunities to improve profitability through delivery efficiencies and scope optimisation.
Sales and Growth
* Partner with Sales and Account Executives to support business development for SAP opportunities.
* Provide delivery expertise in proposal development, solutioning, estimating, and deal shaping.
* Support account planning, pipeline reviews, and growth strategies for SAP services.
* Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives to identify new opportunities.
People and Capability Leadership
* Lead and mentor cross‐functional SAP delivery teams, including onshore, offshore, and partner resources.
* Support talent planning, skills development, succession planning, and workforce management.
* Foster a high‐performance culture that emphasises accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Governance and Risk
* Ensure compliance with delivery and risk management standards across programs.
* Conduct delivery reviews, health checks, and adherence to SAP methodologies such as SAP Activate.
* Maintain strong controls around security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage vendor and partner engagement to ensure quality of third‐party contributions.
Your role and responsibilities
The Delivery Executive leads end‐to‐end delivery of SAP programs within Australia, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and strong governance. The role partners closely with Account Leadership, Sales, and SAP Practice teams to drive profitable growth, high‐quality delivery, and long‐term client value. This is a senior delivery leadership position requiring deep SAP program management experience, strong commercial acumen, and proven capability engaging with C‐suite stakeholders.
Required technical and professional expertise
Required Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience leading large‐scale SAP transformations or multi‐tower SAP delivery programs.
* Proven ability managing senior client relationships at CIO, CTO, and CFO level.
* Strong program and portfolio management capability.
* Deep understanding of SAP technologies, platforms, and delivery methodologies.
* Demonstrated financial management and P&L ownership experience.
* Experience in shaping and supporting sales pursuits for SAP programs.
* Ability to lead large, diverse delivery teams across geographies.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Required Australian Citizenship and mandatory AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance. NV1 Clearance is preferred.
Desirable Experience
* Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformations.
* Exposure to cloud‐based SAP solutions and partner ecosystems.
* Experience working within Australian public sector or regulated industries.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Education and Certifications
* Relevant degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
* SAP certifications or project management certifications are advantageous.
