Practice Nurse (RN or Endorsed EN)
* Full-Time / Part-Time | Flexible Hours
Required:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Registered Nurses preferred, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses welcome to apply
* Current CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Immunisations up to date
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient computer skills (experience with Best Practice Software desirable but not essential)
* Current Australian work authorisation required at time of application
New Graduate RNs with an interest in General Practice are encouraged to apply. Training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
Role Overview:
* Experience in General Practice is preferred but not essential
* Weekday work, no weekends.
* Supportive, friendly, and enjoyable work environment
* Ability to multitask and provide reception support when required
* Mon to Friday and negotiable working days, no weekends.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide general practice nursing care, including recalls and reminders, wound dressing, immunizations, ECGs, ear syringing, patient education, follow-ups, chronic condition managment and mental health care plans, health assesment, assistance in skin excisions and biopsies, and cervical screening tests.

Part-Time Medical Receptionist
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous experience in medical reception desirable
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Familiarity with Best Practice Software preferred
* Position available Monday to Friday only with negotiable working hours, no weekends.

* Greet patients and families in a friendly and professional manner
* Exceptional customer service skills (in person and over the phone)
* Strong computer and multitasking skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Manage incoming calls and appointment bookings
* Process referrals, billing, accounts, and payments
* Maintain accurate electronic patient records
* Opening and Closing the Practice
* Flexible availability
