We are seeking a talented Multimedia Sales Manager to join our team in Coolum Beach and lead the growth of our multimedia services.
This is a full-time role offered on a 9-day fortnight, giving you a regular rostered day off every second week while working with a team that values balance, creativity, and performance.

We are an audiovisual production business offering a wide range of multimedia services to our clients and venue partners. Our team delivers world-class visuals for ultra-wide LED screens and event environments across the country. We pride ourselves on combining creativity, technical excellence, and client-focused service in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow multimedia sales across a portfolio of venues and clients.
* Take client briefs and create compelling proposals tailored to their event needs.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
* Work closely with the Multimedia Operations Manager and design team to ensure successful project delivery.
* Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Represent AVPartners Multimedia as the first point of contact for new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within events, audiovisual, or multimedia.
* Strong client relationship management skills with a solutions-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Confidence in preparing proposals and closing deals.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
* Based on the Sunshine Coast for close collaboration with our Coolum team.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary package of $75,000 + high sales commissions + super.
