Job Description
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and operational success of healthcare services and programs. This role requires strong clinical management, leadership, and client care skills to ensure efficient clinic and outreach services.
The ideal candidate will have a current registration with AHPRA/Nursing and Midwifery Board and a valid driver's license. Additionally, they should have minimum 5 years post-graduate experience and demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, quality improvement, and accreditation processes.
This role is a vital member of the team, playing a key role in leading the delivery, quality, and operational success of healthcare services and programs. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing teams and fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery and operational success of healthcare services and programs
* Ensure efficient clinic and outreach services through strong clinical management, leadership, and client care skills
* Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical governance, quality improvement, and accreditation processes
* Manage the Homeless Healthcare Program (HHP) and oversee casual nursing and allied health staff
