About the team and role
Group Finance provides financial management, financial information and financial solutions. The Finance Services team is a centralised team providing: Corporate Property and Leasing management, Office Services, Group Treasury Settlements and Commission, Group Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fleet Management and Revenue Share Payments.
Reporting to Finance Support Supervisor, the Finance Support Analyst is responsible for coordination and assistance with all functions performed with the Finance Support teams. The purpose of this role is to assist with all processing requirements, while also looking to identify and create the most efficient and effective ways to deliver these functions.
Working across all Finance Support teams provides benefits in managing workloads during peak processing periods and an opportunity for cross skilling across multiple teams.
We have 2 positions - 1 permanent and an 18-month fixed term.
Experience, capabilities and qualifications
Previous Finance or Accounting experience in a mid to large sized organisation
Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable/ Receivable processing
Strong commitment to internal and external customer service
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing demands
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, a change adopter and passion for continuous improvement
