Market Manager Position Overview
The role of a Market Manager is to oversee all on-site operations at one of our iconic markets. This includes managing vendor relationships, creating a welcoming environment for customers, and coordinating special events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site market operations on Sunday mornings;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders;
* Create a welcoming environment for customers;
* Manage administrative tasks, including stallholder applications and communication, weekly market site planning, and debt management processes;
* Liaise with our marketing team for social media content and customer enquiries;
* Oversight of annual special events, including two major events throughout the calendar year.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles or working in retail, event, or hospitality environments;
* Strong customer service skills and ability to identify problems and seek solutions quickly;
* Computer literacy, including database management skills;
* Experience in leading a team;
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
