About the Role
As Privacy Manager, you will be a key member of a respected and high-impact team. You'll work closely with senior leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to drive proactive privacy risk management, embed privacy by design, and foster a culture of privacy awareness and zero breaches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide tailored privacy advice and support to senior leaders, people managers, and SMEs.
2. Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to implement privacy practices and initiatives.
3. Promote privacy awareness and build capability to support our privacy by design approach.
4. Analyse complex business processes, technology, and data to identify privacy risks and opportunities.
5. Investigate privacy issues and incidents, and develop practical strategies, plans, and reports.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience in privacy risk management.
* A proactive, organised, and tech-savvy approach to managing diverse tasks and priorities.
* The ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes across the organisation.
* Excellent analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable advice.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $149,739 plus superannuation.
