Leadership Opportunity in Laboratory Operations
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the safe operation and performance of our laboratory.
* Manage laboratory operations and ensure timely test results for clients.
* Implement strategies for operational effectiveness, conduct testing as required, and engage with current and potential customers.
* Maintain effective communication with Management and ensure technicians receive adequate training and development.
* Adhere to quality standards, implement Lean tools, and issue reports accordingly.
* Advanced Diploma in Laboratory Techniques or equivalent qualification.
* In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025 and comprehensive understanding of NATA signatory requirements.
* Proven experience as a Laboratory Manager or Supervisor, with a solid track record of meeting customer requirements.
* Strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
