Evolve Talent is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Safety, Health & Wellbeing Advisor supporting supply chain and distribution operations across two key sites in South Australia and Western Australia (with travel to WA approximately four times per year).
This opportunity is ideal for a safety professional who thrives on working closely with leaders and frontline teams to lift safety performance, strengthen compliance, and build a positive, engaged safety culture across multiple operational environments.
About the Role
As the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Advisor, you will provide practical, hands-on support to operational sites to help them meet safety obligations and implement national safety and wellbeing strategies. Working closely with site leadership, you will:
Support day-to-day safety, health and wellbeing activities across 2 operational sites
Promote a strong safety culture by coaching leaders and engaging with team members
Assist with risk management processes, including identifying hazards and improving controls
Contribute to audit readiness and compliance with internal standards and legislative requirements
Assist with the delivery of safety training and wellbeing initiatives
Provide practical advice on improving systems, processes and workplace conditions
Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and recommending solutions
