Job Description: Brand Ambassador
Bad Shepherd Brewing Co. is looking for a motivated and personable Brand Ambassador to help grow our presence across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
This is a hands‐on, customer‐facing role suited to someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, and representing a brand they genuinely believe in. You'll play a key role in driving wholesale growth while bringing the Bad Shepherd brand to life through events, tastings, and day‐to‐day customer engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
* Grow our wholesale footprint by developing new business and strengthening existing customer relationships
* Manage your territory to achieve sales targets across volume, revenue, and key product focus areas
* Represent Bad Shepherd at festivals, tastings, trade shows, and industry events
* Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers through regular contact and account management
* Work closely with internal teams across Marketing, Operations, and Accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management through CRM systems

About You
* At least 12 months' experience in wholesale sales (liquor industry preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* A genuine interest in craft beer and the hospitality industry
* Well organised with the ability to manage your time and priorities
* Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience a bonus)
* Current RSA
