We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing the procurement of materials, equipment and services required for construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

* Finding synergies and standardising needs to source widely.

* Preparing tender invitations and launching tenders.
">
* Developing tender analysis and negotiation strategy.
">
* Participating in technical and commercial interviews with short-listed vendors.
">
* Negotiating to obtain the best conditions and fit the budget.
">
* Recommending to the Production team and management.
">
* Preparing and reviewing contracts.
">
* Contract execution follow-up.
">
* Helping to prepare KPIs and updating the database.
">
* Organising local purchases for the project.
">
* Establishing all the documents necessary to ensure efficient purchasing.
">
* Participating in consultations with suppliers.
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
* Degree in Management, Purchase or Procurement.
">
* Previous professional experience in procurement.
">
* Excellent relationship skills.
">
* Methodical and meticulous with common sense.
">
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
">
* Ability to critique, recommend and implement initiatives that seek efficiencies from a process or systems perspective.
">
* Good level of English (B2 minimum).
">
* No WHV or previous experiences in Australia.
