The Trainer & Assessor
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that prepare students for meaningful careers in aged care.
This role requires a strong understanding of aged care practices, regulations, and standards, as well as the ability to engage and inspire learners.
* Deliver industry-relevant training and assessment that meets nationally endorsed guidelines and legislation.
* Facilitate the delivery of training courses and assessment activities according to schedule.
* Assess student needs and deliver training tailored to meet those requirements.
Key Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in individual support (e.g. CHC*****).
* Certificate IV in Ageing Support (CHC*****) or similar.
* HLTHPS007 Administering Medications.
Requirements:
* Current APHRA registration as a nurse or enrolled nurse.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****) or similar.
* Tertiary qualifications in a related field (Aged Care).
