About the role
As the Recruiter (known internally as the Employment Solutions Partner) you will be part of a team that provides tailored employment related services to employers. Your role involves collaborating with employers to design appropriate job opportunities and successfully match our young people with employment pathways.
Responsibilities
* Network face-to-face and build rapport with employers to develop an employer pipeline.
* Partner with employers to identify their needs and provide tailored employment solutions.
* Reverse market and promote our young people to employers and help secure employment opportunities.
* Provide guidance to employers on labour market concepts, opportunities and employer incentives.
* Know the caseload of members on site so you can job match effectively and ensure a sustainable employment outcome.
Qualifications & Experience
* Marketing experience or strong marketing skills and eagerness to promote our services.
* Enjoy meeting different people and value face-to-face interaction with employers.
* Business savvy with a solid understanding of the local labour market and challenges faced by disadvantaged young people.
