AO5 Project Support Officer Job Description
We are seeking an experienced project support officer to provide governance and project support to a large-scale infrastructure program.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating governance activities, reports, and approvals, as well as supporting project managers with administration, registers, and documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating governance activities, reports, and approvals
* Supporting project managers with administration, registers, and documentation
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders
* Contributing to the smooth delivery of a major infrastructure project
Requirements:
* Strong project support and governance experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Public sector or infrastructure project experience highly regarded
What we offer:
* AO5 pay rates: $67.13 – $72.96 p/h + super
* Full-time, 38 hours per week, flexible work hours available
* 12-month contract with potential extension
