Administrative Support Professional
Overview:
Our organisation is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administrative Support Professional to join our team on a fixed-term full-time basis. This role is vital in supporting the day-to-day operation of our service, providing high-quality administrative support to our Service Manager and team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and team, including meeting coordination, reporting, minute-taking, and document preparation.
* Deliver reception services, managing incoming calls and enquiries, booking and confirming appointments, and greeting clients and visitors.
* Support the service's daily operations, including office systems, supplies, facilities, IT, and fleet coordination.
* Maintain accurate records, support data entry and reporting processes, and assist with finance tasks including invoice reconciliation.
* Contribute to a welcoming, safe, and culturally inclusive environment that supports the wellbeing of clients, carers, and staff.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Business Administration and/or experience in administrative support in the Health or Community Services sector. They will also have proven experience in administrative support, reception, data entry, or customer service, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
