About the role We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team to work in our Multidisciplinary Laboratory.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Duties across disciplines in Haematology, Haemostasis,Transfusion medicine and Biochemistry
• Validation of results and provision of comprehensive reports to assist with client or clinical decisions in a time-critical manner
• Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on instrumentation, equipment and manual techniques and maintain accurate records
• Participate in regular training for relevant techniques and instrument operation and engage in ongoing departmental competency programs and external quality assurance initiatives
• Collaborate with Laboratory Manager and the Chief Scientists from Core Laboratory to identify areas for improvement and implement workflow enhancements for continuous laboratory improvement About you We believe everyone leads, no matter what role they are in.
