About the Position
The primary purpose of this role is to provide an excellent customer reception service by offering effective first-line contact for the general public and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle complainants with empathy and composure under pressure.
* Gather, identify, and accurately record key information about complaints and enquiries in our system.
* Analyse and prioritise correspondence.
This position may occasionally involve interactions with members of the public who display complex and challenging behaviour, and therefore requires strong interpersonal skills, emotional resilience, and flexibility in high-pressure situations.
