We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Advisor to provide high-level strategic support and advice to the executive leadership team. This critical role will operate within a complex and dynamic custodial environment, ensuring timely, informed, and forward-thinking recommendations that align with both local operational priorities and broader departmental objectives.
The Strategic Advisor will work closely with the General Manager to contribute to the safe operations of HMP Barwon, providing authoritative advice, guidance, and feedback on work products submitted for approval.
