SAP Training Lead – 12-Month Contract | Melbourne
Are you an experienced SAP Training Lead ready to drive impactful learning experiences across a major transformation program? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to lead the training strategy and delivery for an SAP S/4 transformation in Melbourne. This is a 12-month contract and will plan, develop, lead and deliver training.
Your Role
- Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy for end users and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a small team of training specialists
- Collaborate closely with functional leads and change management teams
- Ensure training aligns with project milestones and business readiness goals
- Deliver engaging, effective learning experiences across SAP modules
What You Bring
- Proven experience in SAP training delivery, ideally with SAP ideally with S/4HANA experience
- Experience across at least two of the following areas; Finance, procurement & HCM
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Melbourne-based or willing to work on-site in Melbourne
