Your Opportunity:
As an Allied Health Assistant working in Residential Aged Care, you'll play a vital role in supporting older people to stay active, independent, and connected to their communities. Guided by our clinicians and through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway, you'll help deliver reablement-focused programs that make a real difference in residents' lives.
You'll be involved in a range of areas, including:
* Supporting mobility and functional programs
* Assisting with restorative therapy
* Facilitating falls prevention and active ageing group sessions
* Assisting with pressure care and pain management plans
* Collaborating with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff to deliver resident-centred support
Whether you're helping with one-on-one therapy programs or encouraging residents in group activities, your work will be purpose-driven and deeply rewarding.

We're looking for:
* Qualified Allied Health Assistants (Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent experience).
* Current Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy students seeking hands-on experience in aged care are encouraged to apply.
* Australian working rights.
* Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within a dedicated region.
