Basic Qualifications
•Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
•10+ years of experience with an infrastructure / technical /operational background, in customer-facing roles
•5+ years' Operating Model workstream leadership experience as part of a large-scale enterprise migration to new cloud or infrastructure
•Experience building, implementing, and managing IT Operations, including infrastructure / cloud operations
•Significant IT implementation and operations experience
•Hands-on experience working on the design, development and deployment of enterprise supporting systems at scale
Preferred Qualifications
•Previous consulting experience in a big consulting firm
•Advanced degree in a related Business, or Technology discipline
•Familiarity with Cisco and Enterprise IT infrastructure
•Possess PROSCI and/or AgilePM certifications
•Managed and delivered IT engagements for large, Enterprise customers.
•Understands the value proposition of the cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
•Understands Enterprise IT Management frameworks (e.g., SAFe, ITIL Sigma, Agile/SCRUM processes, etc.)
•Hands-on experience in engagements where Operations as well as People & Change execution was part of an enterprise level transformation initiative
•Proficiency in presenting to C-level executives (CIO, CEO, CTO, CISO, etc.) and technical subject matter experts
•Must be flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
•Must enjoy spending time with customers (internal and external) and other market representatives to understand their needs, and to define innovative solutions that meet the end customer's business requirements
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
•Analytical, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization, adept at navigating multiple workstreams
