* Experience in Japanese cuisine, preparing sushi rolls and sushi rice
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and be a reliable team player
Kitchen Hand (Part-Time or Casual)
* Kitchen experience preferred
* Willing to learn and work as part of a team
* Positive attitude and good work ethic
* Able to follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Dishwasher (Part-Time or Casual)
* Responsible for washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
* Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
