Hourly Rate: $34.51–$39.24 (WT 4A.1 to 4.3)
Our Scarborough Service is conveniently located in the beachside community of Scarborough, situated just off Scarborough Beach Road and only a 5-minute drive from Scarborough Beach. We have with spacious open-plan rooms filled with natural light and engaging outdoor environments and a team of passionate, dedicated Educators & Teachers.
About this Role
At Busy Bees at Scarborough, we are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Lead Educator to join our Supportive, Friendly team.
In this role, you will:
* Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environments.
* Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with EYLF and National Quality Standards.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality care.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families.
What You'll Need
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
* Current WA Working with Children Check (Employee).
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
* A genuine passion for early childhood learning.
