Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Health Information Lead, providing expert advice on key classification and clinical documentation issues.
The successful candidate will operate as the primary contact for clinical areas and senior management, overseeing documentation management and legislative requirements for Health Information Management.
This position also involves data management and reporting services relating to clinical audit, research and ABF within the clinical streams.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for building the capacity and self-sustaining capability of our staff through education sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A qualification in Health Information Management is essential for this role.
* Demonstrated ability to use relevant software is highly desirable, including integrated electronic medical record (ieMR) and other relevant software.
* Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed, and Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees.
