Practice Manager
The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our veterinary clinic.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Management:
o Mentor, motivate and lead a team of veterinary professionals and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and client satisfaction.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes excellent teamwork and camaraderie.
* Operational Excellence:
o Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management and facility maintenance, to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
o Ensure compliance with relevant veterinary standards and regulations.
* Client Relations:
o Build strong relationships with clients to provide a positive experience and address any concerns promptly.
o Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
* Financial Management:
o Work closely with regional management to achieve financial targets and budgets.
o Monitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable.
* Marketing and Community Engagement:
o Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and attract new clients.
o Engage with local communities to increase awareness of our services.
