About the Assistant Store Manager Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, sales, and stock management within your specialist area.

* Support the leadership team to drive business success.
* Set a positive example of customer service and support colleagues to deliver friendly and helpful advice.
* Coach the team on best service behaviours.
* Develop and manage teams to achieve performance goals.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety across your department and store.
* Act on customer feedback to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
* Coordinate stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
