The Assistant in Hospitality reports directly to the Chef/Cook and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth preparation, cooking, and serving of meals to residents. This individual must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to effectively manage their time while being flexible with workloads.
Key requirements for this position include:
* A valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
* Proven experience working within a Residential Aged Care environment, preferably with high care and dementia residents
* Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office
* A smartphone and access to home internet are required
