Client Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain existing relationships through end-to-end virtual management and solution selling to a portfolio of residential real estate agency clients.
* Introduce new and featured products that can solve problems and give clients the tools they need to achieve their goals.
* Drive revenue growth by providing clarity on pricing and customer value across all digital solutions, identifying opportunities for upselling where possible.
* Address any queries, pain points and proactively solve customer needs.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
* Proven track record in B2B consultative selling/account management
