We are seeking experienced and passionate General Insurance Factual Investigators located in Australia to join our high-performing team. Opportunities are available to investigate General Insurance (Property and Motor) claims with dedicated case management support and reliable payment.
Responsibilities
Conduct professional interviews in various formats
Analyse evidence and identify avenues for further inquiry
Thoroughly investigate discrepancies in evidence
Prepare reports that clearly canvass the evidence obtained in a timely manner
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in General Insurance factual investigations
Excellent communication, time management, and report-writing skills
Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, liability principles, and investigative techniques
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Current driver's licence, reliable transport, and satisfactory criminal history
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and online investigation tools
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
