Administrative Support Role
We're looking for an Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to a dynamic leadership team in a high-volume environment. This is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, supporting senior executives and their teams.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Providing general administrative support as needed
* Coordinating domestic travel and accommodation bookings for senior executives
* Managing calendars and diaries for GMs and Associate Directors
* Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
* Working closely with a senior PA and liaising with other PAs within the claims assessing team

* You bring solid all-round admin experience and are naturally organised
* Confident, capable, and quick to learn – ready to hit the ground running
* Able to work independently and take initiative, especially when support is offsite
* A team player with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
