The current property portfolio in Australia and NZ comprises of 470 leased premises, 48 owned, and 20 hectares of land, and will continue to grow.Your duties will include but not be limited to –•Administer and update the lease database, ensuring timely monthly reporting to internal stakeholders.•Prepare and distribute monthly lease reports for Regional General Managers and Profit Centre Managers including alerts for lease expiry and option exercise deadlines.•Support facilities management and facilitate lease option renewals.•Execute lease documentation accurately and implement lease templates.•Manage monthly rental payments, review rent, and outgoings increases, and action notices to landlords.•Provide high-quality service and lease advice to internal stakeholders, preparing clear and concise instructions.•Add owned properties to the database and ensure compliance with safety codes and regulatory obligations.•Assist with the month-end close process and maintain the property database for accuracy.•Manage the register of bank guarantees, cash deposits, and prepare annual insurance declarationsAbout you!•Previous experience in property/lease administration, property management or commercial property positions•You will have an understanding and knowledge of Lease Data Base Administration•Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills•You will be professional, organised, self-motivated and courteousWhat's in it for you?•You will work for and be a part of one of Australia's largest and most profitable companies•Company bonus yearly•Full time office, however flexibility provided•A warm and welcoming team who support and encourage
