Your New Role
As the Product Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring continuity across our suite of products, facilitating efficient development and deployment of features that enhance our digital and physical offerings. You will bridge the gap between our business units and tech team and is essential in defining and delivering customer-centric solutions
* Strategy & Requirements: Gather customer requirements, define well-documented scopes of work aligned with business needs and company vision.
* Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, partners, and clients, ensuring smooth product delivery through cross-functional teamwork.
* User-Centric Design: Advocate for intuitive UX, conduct user research, and work with designers to create wireframes and prototypes.
* Project Execution & Delivery: Drive product initiatives from concept to launch, manage project progress, and ensure successful implementation for clients.
* Market Awareness: Conduct market research, benchmark competitors, and stay updated on emerging technologies to inform strategic adjustments.
Your Skills and Experience
* Experience: Solid experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
* Agile & SDLC Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and software development processes.
* Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating detailed product requirements documents and user stories.
* Design Presentation: Experience using Figma or similar tools for presenting design ideas.
* Client & Communication Skills: Strong client-facing, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for collaboration and scope management.
