Early in Life Mental Health Services at Monash Health provides care for young people who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or mental health problems.
We offer assessment and treatment for infants, children and adolescents from 0-18 years in the southern region. We work with individuals experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, school refusal, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation or psychosis.
We provide mental health services and support to children, young people and their families/carers across various services:
* Perinatal & Infant Inpatient Unit: a six-bed unit providing interventions for antenatal clients and postnatal clients admitted with their infant.
* OASIS Child Neuropsychiatry Inpatient Unit: an eight-bed facility housing emergency and planned admissions for children aged up to 12 with neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disturbance.
* Stepping Stones Adolescent Inpatient Unit: a state-of-the-art facility offering interventions to adolescents aged 12 to 18 presenting with acute and severe mental health problems.

These are ongoing full or part-time roles with availability to work across 24/7 rotational shifts.
Requirements include relevant postgraduate qualifications in mental health, current clinical mental health nursing experience, demonstrated leadership experience for ANM roles, and more.
