The Digital Workplace Team are looking for two enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Workplace Specialists.
These roles will strengthen our capability across either our Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence) or Microsoft 365 services (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive). While each role has a clear platform focus, both partner closely with the business to improve how work gets done through thoughtful design, strong governance, and practical, user-centred solutions.
You'll support stakeholders end-to-end — from understanding business needs through to configuration, rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimisation — helping ensure our digital workplace tools are effective, sustainable, and well-used by our ~2,000+ users.
Atlassian focus
Partner with stakeholders through workshops to understand business processes and pain points
Design and configure solutions across Jira and Confluence, including workflows, custom fields, permissions and automation
Recommend improvements using existing and emerging Atlassian features
Support teams through the transition to new or improved ways of working
Provide ongoing administration and day-to-day platform support
Microsoft 365 focus
Support service operations and continuous improvement across Microsoft 365 tools
Contribute to adoption and uplift of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Copilot
Assist with governance, configuration and best-practice use of collaboration tools
Partner with the business to improve productivity and collaboration outcomes
Provide ongoing support and optimisation of M365 services
Common to both roles
Work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders
Balance hands-on configuration with advisory and enablement work
Contribute to a collaborative, improvement-focused Digital Workplace team
What are we looking for?
We're open to candidates with strength in either Atlassian or Microsoft 365, along with:
Experience administering and supporting digital workplace platforms
Strong understanding of platform structure, configuration and permissions
A practical mindset for improving efficiency and ways of working
Comfort engaging in workshops to understand processes and co-design solutions
Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration skills
