Main Responsibilities
* Operations & Project Delivery: The COO will oversee the execution of engineering/design projects, managing production, procurement, and warehousing processes.
* Project Financials: This role will focus on cost control, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining margin preservation across multiple projects.
* Systems & Processes: The COO will be responsible for implementing best practices and operational platforms.
* Team Leadership: Management and influence of 5-7 functional leads across various departments will be essential.
* Culture Stewardship: Maintaining a transparent, merit-based, culture is crucial.
