You will work across various areas, gaining valuable knowledge and skills.This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on, self-motivated individuals seeking to start their careers in heavy industry. Your responsibilities will include:Learning trade skills related to plant maintenance, machinery, and systems.Completing an apprenticeship aligned with a nationally recognized training plan, including internal and external training (e.g., TAFE).Collaborating with a team to ensure safe, continuous, and environmentally responsible operations.Gaining experience from qualified trade experts with support from onsite apprentice mentors.What You’ll BringTo be considered, you should have:A strong desire to learn and develop new skills with a proactive attitude.Commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices.Experience working in a team and good communication skills.Eligibility CriteriaApplicants must have:Completed Year 12 in 2023 or 2024 (or expected in 2025) with a minimum grade B in Essential Math and grade C in English.For Electrical & Instrumentation: Year 12 completion with a minimum grade B in General Math or grade C in Math Methods, and grade C in English.A pass in English, with reading and comprehension skills.When applying, upload a cover letter, recent school reports, and an up-to-date resume.
