The impact you'll have:
Our head office continues to grow, and we're looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist / Strata Support Consultant to support our front office and strata teams. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for owners, clients, and visitors, while also assisting with day to day administrative and strata support tasks.
You'll play an important role in ensuring enquiries are handled smoothly, records are maintained accurately, and our customers experience professional and welcoming service from the moment they connect with
What you'll do
* Welcome visitors and clients, answer phones, and manage reception enquiries.
* Act as a first point of contact for strata related queries, directing them to the appropriate team.
* Maintain a professional and organised reception area and meeting rooms.
* Manage mail, deliveries, document scanning, and filing.
* Assist with data entry and updates to ownership and contact records (training provided).
* Prepare standard correspondence, forms, and information packs.
* Apply privacy, compliance, and data‐handling procedures accurately.
* Support strata managers and the wider team with general administration tasks.
What you'll bring

* Confidence using computers (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
* Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude toward customers and colleagues.
* Willingness to learn strata systems and terminology.
* Genuine interest in developing an administrative career.
