Position Description
As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for supporting clients across a variety of funding models and helping them achieve their physical goals. You'll have the autonomy to structure your own day, while delivering assessments, evidence-based interventions, and programs in clinic, at home, and in the community.
* Managing a mixed caseload across many funding streams (NDIS, HCP, CHSP, DVA, Medicare/EPC, Private) – customised to your areas of interest
* Providing assessments and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions
* Delivering chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and falls prevention
* Running individual and group exercise programs, re‐enablement services, and hydrotherapy sessions
* Prescribing equipment and assistive technology to promote safety, mobility, and independence
* Liaising with GPs, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care
* Participating as part of our multidisciplinary team in care planning, case conferencing, and clinical meetings
Position Requirements
* Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration (Limited Registration and new graduates welcome)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle
* Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination evidence
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Commitment to continuous improvement and client‐centred practice
