About the role
We're seeking a creative and organisedSenior Officer – Digital and Graphicsto deliver high‐quality digital marketing and design outputs across our brands.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, you'll produce engaging digital content, graphic assets and campaign collateral across web, email, social and print channels — ensuring all materials align with brand and accessibility standards. This is a hands‐on role offering variety, collaboration and real impact.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver day‐to‐day digital marketing across web, eDM and social media
* Manage website and intranet content updates
* Design digital and print assets (social graphics, web banners, flyers, reports, presentations)
* Support marketing and fundraising campaigns with creative collateral
* Track digital performance and contribute to continuous improvement
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
* Qualification in marketing, communications, graphic design or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in digital content management and graphic design
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent)
* Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail
* Understanding of branding and accessibility principles
Desirable
* SEO and analytics knowledge
* CMS and email platforms
* not‐for‐profit experience
* photography or video skills

* National Police Clearance
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Valid WA Driver's Licence
