TRAFFIC MANAGER | ROLE PURPOSE:
You will be an integral part of the team responsible for the smooth running of all work going through the (creative agency/ design studio/strategy department), ensuring that all incoming jobs are thoroughly planned, resourced, delivered on time & within budget.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Weekly WIPs with Producers & Project Leads to keep an updated WIP schedule & escalation template.
Review timelines supplied by Project Leads, cross check against current & upcoming schedules.
Manage brief & debrief approvals with Creative, Client and Production Leads.
Interrogate briefs to ensure all documentation is correct & client approved.
Assign resource in consultation with your (Executive Creative Director / Design Directors/EP's / CSO)
Schedule briefs/debriefs & internal reviews within 24hrs of receiving approved brief/s.
Manage design priorities & communicate status updates in real time.
Be aware of what every resource is doing at any given time and is provided with support from the wider team when required.
Daily follow up on outstanding briefs & debriefs from Project Leads ensuring projects stay on track.
Be key in identifying & resolving issues on projects before a problem arises - ensuring your leading with solutions at every point.
Experience required:
Basic understanding of creative and production requirements.
Strong organisational skills & excellent attention to detail.
Ability to deal with issues and suggest relevant solutions.
Ability to manage competing demands of multiple, simultaneous projects & work to deadlines.
