The Role
* As a therapist, you will be joining a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.
* You will work within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement, and assist with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications.
* Timely documentation and report writing, managing a varied caseload, meeting company professional expectations, and building relationships with key stakeholders are also essential components of the role.
The New Graduate Program
This organisation offers a tailored New Graduate Program to support recent graduates entering the workforce. The program spans over 12 months and includes weekly 1:1 supervision, core competency skills training sessions, fortnightly group mentoring sessions, mental health drop-in sessions, internal PD sessions, shadowing opportunities with experienced clinicians, and the opportunity to learn and be supported by senior clinicians within multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
* To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field and discipline-specific professional registration.
* A Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, International Police Check, drivers licence, car insurance, and Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance are also required.
