Desktop Engineer Opportunity
This short-term assignment requires a seasoned Desktop Engineer to join our team and perform laptop builds, ensuring devices are configured according to industry standards.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role, strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and related services. Apple/Mac experience is desirable, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include resolving issues related to Microsoft 365, Barracuda security solutions, Ubiquiti networking equipment, SentinelOne endpoint protection, and backup and recovery systems.
Responsibilities also include providing remote and onsite support for customers, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of all tasks and activities.
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality results, meet tight deadlines, and ensure seamless operations.
Successful candidates will possess a strong passion for technology, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Additional qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, experience with device configuration and deployment, and knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure.
