Job Title: HR Consultant Pool Specialist
Job Description:
The Assistant HR Consultant is accountable for providing an advisory and information service to the agency, covering human resource matters, administrative processes, operational HR procedures, and minor project functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the broader team within HR Operations and Partnering.
2. Provide guidance on human resource matters and administrative processes.
3. Contribute to operational HR processes and minor project functions.
Requirements:
* A current Australian work eligibility status.
* Ability to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.
* Flexibility to perform out-of-hours work and interstate travel.
Additional Information:
This is a 12-month term full-time pool position. The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Australian work eligibility status and undergo a criminal history check. Some flexibility in working hours and location may be required. Please note that some out-of-hours work and interstate travel may be necessary for this role.
