* Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices aligned with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
* 2–5 years' proven HR Generalist experience, ideally in a blue-collar or unionised workforce.
* Strong background in industrial relations, employee relations, and union collaboration.
* Experience working with Unions and participating in EBA negotiations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a blue-collar environment
* Ability to work autonomously, build trust, and manage sensitive matters with professionalism.
* Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive approach, a true self-starter who takes ownership.
* Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
* Professional and empathetic approach to staff interactions
* Own transport and willingness to travel regularly across NSW depots.

Why You Should Apply:

* Health & Wellbeing Support – Access free, confidential counselling services and wellness resources.

* Staff Referral Program – Earn rewards for referring successful Bus Driver candidates.
* Free onsite parking at all depots.
* Professional development and career growth opportunities.
