About the role
Join our supportive Community Health team and make a real difference in people's lives!

We have an exciting opportunity available, seeking to fill a permanent part time role, 4 days per week. This rural generalist Level 1/ 2 OT role is based at Cowra and involves structured clinical outreach to Grenfell, combined with protected supervision and mentoring from a Level 3 OT. The role offers a varied caseload including community adults, paediatrics, inpatients, and palliative care, ensuring professional growth while delivering client-focused care.

The AHEAD program is open to all Level 1 allied health professionals employed under the NSW Health Professionals (State) Award, and early-career allied health professionals employed under other relevant Awards (e.g., Pharmacy, Psychology, MRS (State) Awards – participation in the AHEAD Program will be discussed as part of the recruitment and on-boarding process).
