Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice to customers.
* Coordinate jobs, process quotes, invoices, and warranty claims.
Additional Duties:
* Book service jobs and follow up on completion times.
* Deal with warranty policy adjudication and inform customers about costs and coverage.
* Inspect parts related to warranty claims and ensure they are dispatched.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role at a truck, car machinery, or agricultural dealership.
* Mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills, teamwork, excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
* Truck mechanic qualification or other mechanic qualification (desirable).
* Kenworth or DAF experience (desirable).
